This is my go-to gluten free bread: soft and chewy, with a neutral taste that complements sweet or savory toppings. Stays fresh in the fridge for 1-2 days, but there are no preservatives, so it is not shelf stable – if you won’t eat it for a while, slice it and freeze it! Contains: eggs, dairy
All my loaves are home-baked with love by ME, and will be available for pick up in Menlo Park on Wednesdays and Fridays. I can also freeze the loaf if you request.
