I'm Maya Kherani. I'm a professional opera singer and avid home baker. 

My Story

When my husband was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2016, our world changed overnight. Suddenly, something as simple as a sandwich became a challenge. The gluten-free breads we found were disappointing - tiny loaves that tasted like cardboard, crumbled in the toaster, and couldn't hold up to even the lightest sandwich fillings.

I knew there had to be a better way.

I started experimenting in my kitchen, determined to create gluten-free bread that my husband could actually enjoy. After over a year of testing, tweaking, and perfecting my recipes, I finally hit on something special. When I began sharing my loaves with neighbors, the response was overwhelming - everyone agreed this was unlike any gluten-free bread they'd ever tasted.

How It Works

Since I'm a one-woman operation baking from my home kitchen, I have limited capacity but unlimited dedication to quality. Here's how to get your hands on these amazing loaves:
