Gluten-free bread that actually tastes good!
When my husband was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2016, I started figuring out ways to bake gluten free bread at home that didn't taste terrible. He was sick of tiny loaves that tasted like cardboard, fell apart in the toaster, and didn't hold up to sandwich fillings or toast toppings. I started baking and sharing bread with my neighbors, and it was clear I had hit on something different. I can't wait to finally share my gluten free bread with you.
All my loaves are home-baked with love by ME, and will be available for pick up in Menlo Park on Wednesdays and Fridays. Since I am a one-woman show, my baking capacity is limited for now. I will update the inventory as I bake and more loaves are available to buy.
Orders placed by Monday will be available for pick up on Wednesday, and orders placed by Wednesday will be available for pickup on Friday.
